Memberships to private or semi-private clubs are usually offered for a fee, in addition to homeowner association dues, and give you privileged access to featured amenities, preferred tee times, tournaments and other benefits. Clubhouses on site typically offer dining and fitness facilities suited to a wide range of member ages and interests. Though centered around the golf course, most Triangle markets communities also provide fitness centers, snack bars and/or restaurants.
